It is only running that you can respond to yourself to give a caring space. The self has been neglected due to meritocracy and capitalism!! How sad that we have to try really hard to be aware of the importance of Self compassion. But, it will give you a feeling of cheerfulness after running until out of breath to hit Self-compassion level. "I deserve to take a break because I'm great"
In order to achieve your desire (expectation) it's not surprising you feel suffered, because of the gap between between where you are and where you want to be. HOWEVER, you ignore the pains you obviously feel and run harder not to lose. For what?? LINK TO DESIGN PROCESS

POSITIVE DESIGN IN ACTION
An educational product for children from ages between 3 and 8 to play and expand their emotional vocabulary by eliciting feelings of curiosity, fun, and love of learning while generating thoughts about emotional experiences in a family context.
Through "I FEEL MANY THINGS DURING THE DAY" kids will concentrate on building a basic, but meaningful lexicon of feeling words. This instructional emphasis bears, not coincidentally, a close resemblance to cognitive behavior dynamic. Children will be asked when they feel a certain feeling after touching and listening each emotion. A parent or a caregiver will be there to support the child, so he or she can associate their emotions while playing "I FEEL MANY THINGS DURING THE DAY."

TALK TO ME was designed to evoke your inner child through the action of talking into the fan just like you did as a child.
The intention of the project is to elicit a person's inner child, by listening to the sound that comes from a fan when it is spoken in to, With this project I designed the sound and the light to provide the audience with visual and acoustic delight.
I believe that modern people need an outlet in which they can vent their feelings in a way that is spontaneous and fun. This would help balance their adult reality with their inner child, allowing them to forget the bad things that happened during the day and to enjoy the moment.
I see people struggling with environments they belong to, and the norms that they are expected to face. And, while stress continues to build up, they loose their ability to laugh. It may seem like a small thing but laughing aloud in front of a fan brings out the child in people, and in that moment it helps to eliminate stress.
